What began as a dream in Houston, Texas over 30 years ago, helping compile local foreclosure notices into a monthly Foreclosure List, quickly transformed into an innovative title services company that provides and helps our clients with their their unique customized courthouse research.

 

Starting out serving the Houston, Texas area, then quickly grew mainly by word of mouth, to servicing over 200 out of 254 counties, Statewide in Texas and later providing various Title services nationwide from coast to coast, working with clients all over the United States of America.

 

Fortunately, most of our growth over the years has come from word of mouth referrals from our regular clients. Our clients recognize our dedication to do whatever it takes to provide 110% superior service, quick turn around times.
